Fielding Park

We want to provide quality housing for our customers and invest in local communities customers can be proud to call home. 

We invest in individual homes all the time and understand that sometimes more time, money and effort needs to be invested to improve a whole area.

We identified the Cambridge Crescent area in Maidstone as an area that could benefit from significant investment to create a new vision for the heart of Shepway. 

We're developing 236 new, energy efficient affordable homes, with a thriving modern shopping area, and improved landscaping and community facilities. Our aim is to create a vibrant community where people are proud to live.

Introducing Fielding Park

A new name has been chosen for the development site: Fielding Park. 

It's a name that pays tribute to the late Dr Alan Barnsley, who set up and managed the Shepway medical centre during the 1950s and 1960s and was also a renowned author under his pen name - Gabriel Fielding - writing several books, including novels, poetry and short stories.
