Gender Pay Gap reporting 2024-25

We're committed to fair pay, equal career opportunities, and transparent pay gap reporting.
We use objective hiring and promotion criteria and spot salaries to ensure equal pay for equal work.
Under the Equality Act 2010, all UK organisations with over 250 employees are required to publicly report their gender pay gap.
As of 5 April 2024, we employed 287 people.
Our salary data for the analysis was taken on 5 April 2024.
Mean gender pay gap
The mean shows the difference in average hourly pay between men and women.
Our mean gender pay gap was -2.74% in favour of women (compared to -8.95% in 2023).
Median gender pay gap
The median shows the difference between the middle-paid woman and middle-paid man.
Our median gender pay gap was -2.21% in favour of women (compared to -2.89% in 2023).
We'll continue to ensure our progress and identify any key areas for further improvement. We recognise the importance of this area and we're proud of our work so far.
Using these results, we'll continue to assess:
- Our levels of gender equality in our workplace.
- The balance of male and female employees at different levels.
- How effectively talent is being maximised and rewarded.
