"Every work day for a cleaner/caretaker is always different and challenging! One day you'll need to jet wash a bin room, the next you could be cleaning carpets at a sheltered scheme. My job can be very rewarding, from getting a customer leaving a lovely compliment or your manager letting you know they appreciate your hard work. The best part that I enjoy most about my job is seeing the difference you can make!"

"Community Investment is the work housing associations do in their communities to support customers and help them thrive. We do this by identifying opportunities to add value to existing activities and also look to develop new initiatives with key partners, that'll empower and benefit local people. Golding is a brilliant place to work for so many different reasons, but the main aspects that I personally love are the people that work here make it have a real ‘family feel’, and the way colleague opinions are valued and then used to help shape the business is extremely important and makes you feel appreciated."
