- Regulatory compliance - the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) reviewed our gradings in November 2023 and has confirmed the following ratings:

- Transactional performance: we report every month on our performance in key customer service areas and share this with customers here and via our monthly newsletter.
- TSMs: We also report our tenant satisfaction measures. These were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing in 2023 and allow you to compare us with other housing providers.
