Listen – We know that during the winter months we have a higher volume of repairs and maintenance requests which has sometimes caused delays and customer dissatisfaction.

Act –We’ve employed four more multi-trade operatives to address this seasonal demand and improve customer support - helping us to focus on supporting our more high risk and vulnerable customers.
