Have you received a Section 20 notice in the post?

A number of customers have been sent what are called “Section 20” notices this week to advise about changes to our electricity supplier.

As this impacts your service charge payments for communal electricity, we’re required legally to let you know about this change and invite you to give us feedback or ask any questions about it.

You don't have to do anything in response to this letter and no payment is being requested from you.

This is simply to inform you about the change, and that if you wish to do so, you can respond via any of the methods below:
