Lenham House is exclusively for occupants over the age of 50, and benefits from an enhanced housing management service, secure door entry, a communal lounge and parking facilities, including disabled parking bays.
These homes are situated in the beautiful village of Lenham, close to a GP surgery and local amenities including a village shop and Post Office, restaurants, two pubs and a popular fish & chip shop in the village square.
Charges: £125.00 per week, which includes heating costs and water rates. Please note that we require one week’s rent, payable in advance before signing a tenancy.
