We’re committed to continuously improve our customer service and to do this we need your feedback.
That’s why we’re asking you to have your say again and complete the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) perception survey. The survey only takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete and is your opportunity to tell us how we’re doing and what we could do better.
Following your feedback, we’ve been working hard to make improvements to our services, including, introducing our Housing Hub and Neighbourhood Action days so you can speak to us face to face about the issues that matter the most to you, developed our Customer Offer with you, which covers the services you value and can expect from us and created a dedicated building safety team that look after the safety of everyone living in our blocks of flats and sheltered schemes.
