What do August's performance figures tell us?
We’re pleased that both customer satisfaction and repairs satisfaction remains high this month and within our targets.
Call waiting time also continues to improve significantly and is now close to target of 3 ½ mins. We’re aiming to answer your calls quickly and resolve more of your requests first time. As part of this the Customer Services Team are having more regular training sessions and company briefings to keep them informed. We thank customers for their patience and understanding during these periods while the team grow their skills and knowledge .
