Our Customer Annual Review shows our performance over the past financial year and has been produced in collaboration with you, our customers.
We’ve used every opportunity to listen to you and better understand your needs, to improve and tailor our services. This has included phone in days with our Chief Executive Steph Goad, Neighbourhood Action Days, estate inspections, door knocking, digital surveying and using your feedback and complaints to improve our services.
