Golding celebrates national housing awards success

Golding Homes were delighted to win two awards at the national Housing Heroes and Women in Housing awards last night (27 June) at the Chartered Institute of Housing conference in Manchester. 

The award for “best company health and wellbeing initiative” recognised Golding Home’s “We Care” approach which is based on one of the company values. It includes a variety of ways in which Golding goes the extra mile to support its customers, from hardship fund to wellbeing calls, through to practical help with managing money, finding work, community activities and mental health support.  

 

Customer Service team training sessions

Our customer services team will be attending essential training on 28 and 29 June, 9.30am – 2.00pm. Our phone lines will be diverted to our Out of Hours service provider during this time but other than this, you shouldn’t notice any difference in the service to you.

Golding celebrates Pride and becomes a Stonewall Diversity Champion

Golding Homes (Golding), one of Maidstone’s main housing associations has become a Stonewall Corporate Partner and will be working with this leading voice of the LGBTQ+ community to champion diversity and take a stand against discrimination and mistreatment because of their sexual orientation.

We're delighted to welcome back Charlton Athletic Community Trust to deliver our Get Active programme.

 

Sleepout raises money for local homeless charities

Golding Homes’ new Chief Executive, Steph Goad, took part in the first Kent CEO sleepout at Leeds Castle on 12 May.

The event organised by CEO Sleepout aims to raise over £30k for two local charities who help homeless people, Porchlight and the Street Soccer Foundation.
