Helping to improve our services
We’re committed to improving our services to provide you with a better customer experience. To help us with this aim our Customer Services team is attending a series of short training sessions in the next couple of months. These’ll help the team to answer your calls and emails more quickly and provide you with a more detailed response when you first make contact with us.
Raising the importance of gas safety checks
We’re supporting this year’s Gas Safety Week, between 9 and 15 September, which sees organisations from across the UK working together to raise awareness of the importance of gas safety. It’s coordinated by Gas Safe Register, the official list of gas engineers who are legally allowed to work on gas.
We've released finance capacity to invest £60m in home improvements
We've successfully renegotiated changes to agreements with funders and investors to increase investment into our existing homes.
