The Regulator for Social Housing confirmed today that Golding Homes governance rating has been upgraded from G2 to G1.

The new Chief Executive of Golding Homes, Steph Goad, and Helen Whately, MP for Faversham and Mid Kent, have visited the location of the housing association’s most ambitious regeneration scheme.

Planning application submitted for Shepway Regeneration
We're pleased to advise that we have now submitted planning permission to Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) for our plans to regenerate Cambridge Crescent and Northumberland Court.
Our planning submission is due to go to MBC's Planning Committee in May, where we hope they'll approve our plans.
