Golding Homes has entered into contract with Oliver Davis Homes for the development of the former Somerfield Hospital site in Maidstone.

Taking a stand against domestic abuse
We are committed to do everything we can to support our customers and colleagues who are affected by domestic abuse. We have signed up to the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) whose mission is to “improve the housing sector’s response to domestic abuse through the adoption of an established set of standards and accreditation process.”

Help and Support available for customers
The government furlough scheme and temporary uplift in Universal Credit will be ending at the end of September. If you are affected by, or worried about these changes we’re here to help.

Services Closed 30 September 2021
We will be closed on Thursday 30 September when all colleagues will be attending a training day. If you have an emergency, our out of hours service are still here to help.
