Gas Safety week –raising awareness of the importance of gas safety
We are supporting this year’s Gas Safety Week, between 13 and 19 September, which sees organisations from across the UK working together to raise awareness of the importance of gas safety.

Have your say on our services
We became members of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) last year to help us improve customer experience. One of the first things we did as a member was to invite you to complete an independent survey run by the ICS so you could have your say on our services and we would like your help to do this again.

First "in your neighbourhood" event is a great success
Our first “in your neighbourhood” event in Marden on Tuesday 24 August was a great success thanks to the customers that we met and spoke to.

MyGolding prize draw winner
Congratulations to Neil Turner who was thrilled when he found out he was the winner of the MyGolding prize draw, scooping £250 shopping vouchers for simply signing up to our online customer portal -MyGolding.

Come and join us as a Board Committee member
We currently have a great opportunity to recruit two new Board Committee members: one to the Customer Experience Committee and one to the Audit and Assurance Committee.

Surveying our homes
Over the next few months Golding Homes surveyors will be carrying out stock condition surveys of our properties. This will involve a visual inspection of the inside and outside of your home to help us plan for our repairs and future investment programmes.
