From 1 April our Head Office will be located in Maidstone Town Centre. 

We have appointed a new Ground Maintenance Contractor who will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping on our estates.

Housing Association Golding Homes are working with DayOne Wellness on a new pilot project to help tackle health inequality in Maidstone.

Maidstone residents enjoyed a fun packed day at a new community centre in the half term holidays. We joined up with the YMCA Maidstone to hold an open event at the new community centre in Tovil.

We currently have two one-bedroom flats available at Lenham House, for residents over the age of 50.

Thanks to Golding's Personal Development Grant, resident Monika has been able to set up her own business and work around her young family. 

A free service giving job seekers access to interview clothes and advice has been relaunched by housing association Golding Homes.

Golding Homes resident, Derby Smith needed practical help as well as technical and emotional support as he fought his way back to employment from what he describes as “a very low ebb”.
