Help us to get it right first time and improve the way we work to deliver better services for our customers. We want to understand our customers views and frustrations and improve our communication and levels of satisfaction to ensure we are an organisation that is easy to deal with.
We are looking for residents who would be willing to get involved and help us achieve this. We are recruiting for our Resident Review Panel who will look at performance and help to shape and improve our services.
There are many ways that you can get involved, which don't all require you to come into our office. We will use various ways to engage including using social media or other online tools enabling you to provide us with quick, easy feedback at a time and location that suits you.
If you would like to help us improve our services and are interested in developing new knowledge and skills, we would like to hear from you.
Training will be provided, and we will look at flexible and modern methods for you to contribute.
