The Customer Offer is aimed at customers that live in our rented homes and covers services from welcoming you to Golding and supporting your tenancy, to repairing and maintaining your home, cleaning and maintaining shared spaces and putting things right. This is also the first of our documents to feature the ‘Approved by our Customers’ tick.
