We're excited to launch our first online repairs guide for customers today, Thursday 6 October.
Carol Meloy, Golding's Head of Repairs and Maintenance said:
“This guide’s been developed with you, our customers and colleagues and covers all the areas of repairs and maintenance that we carry out, and those that customers are responsible for. Each service area has a brief introduction and a table of responsibilities and actions. There’s also a handy guide to the priority level for each kind of job, so you know what to expect when you contact us.”
