What if the pests are coming from a neighbour's homes?

Where a customer believes that pest control issues within their property are caused by a neighbouring property, it’s the customer’s responsibility to get a report from their pest control provider and send this to Golding. We’ll use this information to decide what action (if any) is needed and will contact you to discuss our decision.  

Try speaking with your neighbour about it, if that's appropriate.

If the neighbouring property is privately owned, you should contact your local council to report the matter and send them your report.
