What was the previous grading?
Golding Homes governance grading was changed from G1 to G2 in February 2020 after the Regulator issued a notice for breach of the ‘Home Standard’. This covers the responsibility to meet all applicable statutory requirements for the health and safety of residents living in our homes.
Since then Golding has been working on a recovery action plan to put things right and make sure all customers are living in safe homes. The Regulator has confirmed Golding is now rated the top G1 grading again.
