Neighbourhood Team

Our Neighbourhood team are at the centre of our new service offer.

The team are made up of advisors who’ll be the ambassadors for your neighbourhoods and communities. They’ll be responsive to local need, manage queries and cases regardless of your tenure type and refer into specialist services across our areas of work. They will work with customer on communal area queries, safeguarding, domestic abuse, ASB, parking as examples.  

Our OPAL schemes will continue to have named advisors as part of this service offer.
