We are currently conducting a programme of Stock Condition surveys, carried out by our in-house surveyors. These surveys have identified some areas that require refurbishment and improvement works. Please see below areas that have been identified for improvements and when the work is scheduled to start.

For the safety of our customers and colleagues, all our Operatives completing these works will be wearing appropriate PPE clothing for the job they are doing. The PPE they wear will vary depending on the job and the risk level. All Operatives have also been briefed on the right steps to take when entering resident’s homes or working in communal areas.
