Neighbourhood Action Days
W e'll be visiting all areas where we have homes and inviting you to tell us about your neighbourhood.
Our priority is to provide homes that are safe and secure and make sure our communities are places where people choose to live.
Our Neighbourhood Action days are focused on your voice and working together to create actions and campaigns that benefit you, your family and your local community.
Our Tenancy Team will be out inspecting your streets. If you've got any issues where you live, such as fly-tipping, rubbish, estate improvements, graffiti or recycling ideas, we want to hear from you. The 2025 estate inspections will be held between April and October 2025. The dates for these inspections will be live on this page by Friday 28 February.
We’ll also be holding eight Housing Hubs , where we’ll be inviting local partners such as Kent Police, representatives from the council, and community safety teams for you to meet and discuss your tenancy and neighbour hood issues.
