Customer Engagement Opportunities 2024

At Golding Homes, we listen and act on our customer feedback, making sure our customers’ voice is at the heart of Golding, always helping us to improve.

We’re always on the lookout for customers to get involved to help shape our services.  It doesn’t matter how much time, skills or experience you have, it’s your opinion that’s important! Customer engagement advert with picture of customer and colleague talking and opportunities listed on how to engage with Golding

You choose how, where and when to engage with us. Your voice is important and we’ll listen the way that suits you best.

Whether you prefer to participate digitally from the comfort of your home or in-person events, we've got you covered! We’ll help provide support including covering personal costs like transport and childcare. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other customers, form friendships and learn new skills.

Right now, we’ve got some brilliant opportunities to get involved with, including:

Customer Insight Group (CIG) – you’ll meet with other customers, together with senior Golding colleagues, to review and scrutinise our performance. You can learn more about the role here. Recently, the CIG have inputted into our grounds maintenance contract work and are embarking on scrutiny of our voids standard.

Customer Experience Committee (CEC) – The CEC directs and influences Goldings customer facing services and is aligned with the requirements of our business plan. Together with Board members and executive colleagues, you’ll review our performance and policies to check we’re doing what we say we will, and also influence our plans as we improve our services.

Digital Influencers – you’ll meet regularly with other customers, where we’ll consult you on our Customer Strategy and the projects we’re doing to improve services to customers including adding new ways to interact with us online. We’re especially interested to hear from customers who don’t interact with us digitally.

Neighbourhood Champions – a pilot project where you’ll work with Golding colleagues to assess the quality of our service delivery, initially on and around our estates. In doing so, you’ll learn new practical skills and help influence an area of our service which has seen mixed customer satisfaction results historically.
