Customer Voice
At Golding we believe that we work better when we involve you in designing and improving our services, so we have created a Customer Voice Panel that you can opt into.
Opting into the Customer Voice Panel means that we'll be able to send you invitations to comment and make contributions to consultations without any obligations at all.
At the end of every survey you complete, you’ll be given the option to opt into the Customer Voice Panel. If you change your mind and decide you no longer wish to take part or you wish to opt in, please just email engage@goldinghomes.org.uk and we’ll make sure we update your records accordingly.
