Estate and Community Investment Team

We’ve got a variety of specialist roles and teams who lead and champion our work within the neighbourhoods and communities where we’ve got homes.

Our estate improvement lead is there to educate customers about responsible waste management and promote pride in local areas to encourage clean, safe and green places to live. They work very closely with local councils to help join up stakeholders where land ownership may differ and working together can have a positive impact.  

Our community investment team collaborate with local partners, and our contractors making best use of their social value contributions to provide activities, interventions and initiatives in response to customer need and feedback. Themes of areas we may support include health and active lifestyles, digital skills, environmental sustainability and /or working with schools and charities to provide activities for young people.
