Listen – Thanks to your feedback on our grounds maintenance service which we received through surveys and our first stage of consultation (August 2024), we're improving the service for all customers.
Act – We're currently consulting with customers on a new contract which will aim to deliver better value for money, as well as improve service standards and maintenance of our shared outdoor spaces.
