£50m finance deal to build more homes in Kent
There’ll be more affordable homes built in Kent thanks to a new funding facility secured by Golding Homes.
Golding’s ambitious development pipeline to provide much needed homes to local customers has been strengthened by a new £50m credit facility with NatWest. The funding which makes NatWest Golding’s largest lender will also support work to improve existing homes and provide services to our customers and communities.
David Hart, Director of Finance & Procurement at Golding Homes, said: “I’m delighted that our longstanding partnership with NatWest is even stronger with this new funding agreement we’ve been able to secure.
“The £50m credit facility is tailored to our needs and means we can continue to expand affordable housing stock and deliver the right services to our customers.”
Dean Holleyman, Director, Housing Finance at NatWest added: “We’ve enjoyed a very strong relationship with Golding for many years now, so were delighted to have the opportunity to support their provision of much-needed affordable housing through this new facility. We want all of our customers and their wider communities to succeed. Providing funding to the Social Housing Sector and enabling the development of new social housing so that more people can have an affordable, energy efficient and safe place to call home, is a key part of this.”
