Alert for Golding Lifeline Customers

For all our Golding Lifeline customers.
Please be aware that we have had reports that alternative Telecare providers have been contacting our Golding Lifeline customers, advising that they need to upgrade the Lifeline unit and will charge £250 for this service.
Golding Homes do not have any connection with these organisations and we would advise that you do not allow them into your home or share any financial information with them.
Please contact us or the police if you have any concerns by pushing the red button on the Lifeline unit.
