Following the Government's latest announcement to apply national restrictions in England from Thursday 5 November, we would like to provide an update about what this means for the services we deliver to you.

We are already operating in line with current Government guidance and therefore our services will continue unchanged. This includes letting homes and continuing with our repairs service and important safety checks. 

We would also like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are here to provide support and guidance and can signpost you to various organisations to help with benefits, money, health, domestic violence, council services, your mental health and more. Please do contact us if you need support. 

If you or a member of your household show symptoms of Covid-19 or are self-isolating, please inform us in advance of any appointment. Our operatives will also check on arrival at your home and follow guidance to keep you safe.
