Energy efficiency assessments
Golding Homes is working with The Warm Front team, to make your home warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient.
Over the next few weeks members of the Warm Front team will be present in Golding Homes communities completing non-intrusive energy assessments* of properties. They are not required to enter individual homes but will carry a letter of authority which customers can ask to see.
The Warm Front team has been asked to complete an initial desk-top survey of Golding Homes properties to assess the areas where we can make improvements that will help reduce heating and electricity bills, for our customers. We want to make sure that customers can keep their homes warm and comfortable in a way that not only reduces the impact on the environment, but also saves utility bill costs.
Golding Homes will use the report from the assessments to inform large scale future works on our homes.
*The non-intrusive assessments are external surveys that do not require access into customers homes. If customers are unsure of anyone claiming to be from Golding Homes or working on our behalf, they are urged to contact us to confirm this person’s identity.
