As part of our commitment to build more quality homes for local people, we are identifying some of our garage sites for potential redevelopment.

In August we carried out public consultations with local residents at Ambury Road, Coxheath and Francis Lane, Park Wood about our proposals to develop garage sites in those areas. We also recently carried out a consultation at Hartnup Street to discuss plans to build 2 x 2 bedroom houses, 6 x garage bays and 10 parking spaces on the site.

In addition we have also identified a site at Hawley Court, London Road, Maidstone suitable for a small development.

We would like to invite you to take part in a consultation feedback event about our plans to build 3 x one- or two-bedroom bungalows and rewconfigure the current parking spaces increasing them to 27. We will be at the Hawley Court garage site on Wednesday 14 September between 10 am and 12.30 pm.

Please feel free to come along to see our initial drawings (prior to a planning application) and discuss these plans with the Team.
