The Kent Housing Group Excellence Awards provides an opportunity for colleagues across the housing sector to nominate projects that demonstrate excellence in the delivery of high quality services, as well as teams or individuals who have made a valuable contribution to the sector.
Golding Vision first commissioned Garden Organic in 2015 to work with residents to create a community garden at Walshaw and Telford House in the town centre. Based on the success of this scheme a network of Growing Buddies are being recruited across the estates to encourage their local communities to get involved in growing food as part of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Golding Services was set up three years ago as the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Golding Homes and MITIE to provide the repairs and maintenance service. Since then, it has delivered 66,000 repairs and improved customer satisfaction to 95% with 99% of repairs being completed on time.
