Help us improve our services
We're running workshops online and in person next month (August) to get your feedback and ideas on how we can improve our services. This is part of our commitment to listen and act on what’s important to you and put customers at the heart of our service.
Our one hour workshops will give you the opportunity to help design the way you interact with Golding. We’ll also be offering a £25 voucher as a thank you for your time.
The workshops will take place on:
Tuesday 6th August – 1200-1300, In person at County Gate One, Staceys St, Maidstone ME14 1ST (our Head Office)
or
Tuesday 6th August – 1800-1900, online
or
Thursday 8th August – 1200-1300, online
For the online workshops, we’ll do these using Microsoft Teams, so you'll need a device such as a mobile phone or laptop to be able to take part.
There are limited spaces, so if you'd like to get involved, please email engage@goldinghomes.org.uk by Friday 2nd August and tell us which session you'd like to attend.
We want to accommodate all our customers’ needs. So, if you've any accessibility requirements please let us know in your response so we can make sure we meet your needs.
If you can’t make it this time, there’ll be more opportunities to get involved in the future. We'll also keep you informed on our progress through all our regular channels of communication.
