Extraordinary Award for Golding Colleague
Golding Homes are delighted to announce that Julie Herbert was presented with a recognition award from Kent Housing Group, in their Extraordinary Awards on Friday 14 May.
Julie who works as a Quality and Performance Coordinator for Golding Homes says: ““I am really delighted to have been given this award. I care about our customers and take pride in helping them and making sure we deliver the best service we can.”
The awards helped to showcase some of the positive response by the local housing sector to the challenge of Covid-19 and how housing colleagues have gone above and beyond to continue to support customers during the last year.
Assistant Director of Property Steve Stratford had this to say of Julie’s contribution to Golding: “Julie is extraordinary, so this award is very apt! Her commitment to customers is second to none, her ability to work across departments and solve problems is brilliant and she constantly gets praise for how far she goes in her efforts for our customers.”
Golding Homes, Operations Director Annemarie Roberts added: “Since October last year Julie has received 27 compliments in writing from both customers and colleagues. Her ongoing commitment to delivering an outstanding service to our customers is simply amazing, so we are delighted she has received this recognition from Kent Housing Group.”
