We take the security of our customers extremely seriously so we urge you all to please check the identification of anyone coming in to your home or contacting you via the telephone.
If the caller says they are from Golding Homes or Golding Services, we will always be happy to show you our Identification Badge and wait for you to call our Head Office on 0300 777 2600 to confirm who we are.
We have received reports of scam phone calls from people claiming to work for Golding Homes. Please do not disclose any personal information, such as bank details. If you are unsure of the identification of the caller tell them you will call them back and check with us first. We are always happy for you to check the security of a call with us.
If you do receive any scam phone calls you can report these to Kent Trading Standards on 03454 04 05 06.
