This week we took delivery of a new van from Beadles Vauxhall for our Handyman Service. 

Scott Whiteley from Beadles Vauxhall in Maidstone, handed over the keys to a brand new van to Phil, our Handyman. Scott said “Beadles Vauxhall carry out the servicing for Golding Homes' fleet of vans, so when I was contacted about helping out with an urgent van order I was more than happy to assist. We had a pre registered van on the forecourt which was perfect, and which offered a lot better value to the organisation than buying a brand new van.  We were also able to help out with a roof rack and rear door ladder which will certainly make life easier for Phil the Handyman. He certainly looks the part.”

Phil loves his new van, he said "The new van is lovely; really smooth to drive and very quiet. It is great to drive around in and the new signage looks fantastic. I get a lot of comments from customers now as the van really stands out when I pull up outside their homes”. 

Golding Homes offers a Handyman service to our customers that may need extra assistance with internal jobs in the home.  Through the Handyman Service we offer extra support to customers who are elderly, have mental health difficulties, disabilities or are vulnerable for any other reason.
