Our CEO goes on work experience
Last week Gary Clark, our CEO, went out for some 'work experience' with our Environmental Services Team to understand more about the service they provide.
One of our Caretakers said "It has been very positive and very informative.Gary got to know more about our blocks and residents and has some great ideas moving forward.”
Stephen Humphrey, Environmental Services Supervisor, said “It was great to have Gary interacting with members of the team and we hope he now has a better understanding of what the team do."
Gary got stuck in, helping the team out with their caretaking and cleaning duties. He even reported some fly tipping. He said: "It was great to have been able to go out with the team and see what they do on a daily basis. I was extremely impressed with the high level of service that the team provide. Keep up the great work!".
