Over the last year we have :-
- Developed 254 new homes
- Completed 20,610 repairs to customers' homes
- Let 553 properties, which is an average of 45 per month
- Secured an extra £144,000 of income for tenants
- Saved around £1m by renegotiating some development contracts
- Invested £445,000 in community initiatives.
