Our July performance

We're keen to hear from you and continue to listen to your feedback to improve our services. Our regular "You said, We did" feature shows the improvements we've made because of what you've told us. 

You Said: You wanted us to listen more and involve you in improving our services. 

We Did: We now have more than 1200 engaged customers, providing regular feedback on our services and proposals. We’ve also introduced a new customer tick to show when customers have been involved.

You Said: Our Shared Ownership customers asked for us to proactively engage with External Management Companies & Managing Agents on new build estates. 

We Did: Our Home Ownership Advisors are undertaking site inspections & meeting with Managing Agents to discuss issues arising.
