We’ve been listening to our customers' feedback on our repairs services, and have used these valuable insights to make some new plans for a responsive, high-quality service in 2021.
We appreciate you might not have received the best service from us in the past, however, we are looking to transfer the service across from our external contractor to Golding Homes by April 2021.
We are asking you to tell us about your experience of our existing repairs service, and to share your idea of how the excellent service that we want to deliver for you should look.
