What's going on?

Our March performance

We want to be open with our customers about how we are performing, so each month we will share our performance figures with you. This graphic shows our performance figures for March 2022.

Support for Ukraine

We all want to do our bit to help people in the Ukraine and we know many of you want to help and have been contacting us to ask how you can support Ukrainians forced to leave their country because of the war.

Pledging to improve our sustainability this Earth Day

We’re committed to making Golding greener and reducing our environmental impact.

Earlier this year we received a SHIFT silver award, the sustainability standard for the housing sector which assesses the environmental footprint of an organisation. We’re aiming to achieve SHIFT gold by March 2024 and on today, on Earth Day, we’re highlighting the pledges from our Sustainability Strategy that’ll help us achieve this.

Over £5,000 raised for local homelessness charity

Golding Homes has raised an impressive £5,061 for Kent’s leading homelessness charity, Porchlight.

Fundraising efforts included staff quizzes, raffles, a ‘go purple for Porchlight’ day where colleagues wore purple to work, donations via a Just Giving page, a dragon boat race and one colleague even participating in the London Marathon.

Speak to Annemarie Roberts, our Director of Operations

Our next customer phone-in will be with Director of Operations, Annemarie Roberts on Wednesday 27 April, from 1pm to 6pm.  This is your opportunity to have a chat with Annemarie on issues that really matter to you and to let her know your thoughts on the services we deliver.

Empowering customers through digital skills

Six customers from our Opal schemes (older peoples housing) recently enjoyed a six-week digital skills course, led by Chito Nwulu from We Are Digital, a social impact company that specialises in empowering people with access and training skills in all things digital.
