Golding Homes supports Energy Hardship Fund

We are proud to be supporting the Energy Hardship Fund brought together by the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT) to help customers who are struggling with the cost of their energy bills this winter. The campaign aims to raise £1million to redistribute as fuel vouchers to residents who experience fuel poverty.

Make paying your rent a priority this Christmas

After last year we know how important it is to make this Christmas special and be with your loved ones. Please remember it’s more important you and your family have a safe and secure home to be together in, than lots of fancy gifts under the Christmas tree.

Are your devices safe?

We all own multiple chargers these days and in fact, there's a good chance you are reading this article on a device powered by a lithium battery, because they are first choice for mobiles, computers and tablets, as well as smaller devices like e-cigarettes.

Introducing our Customer Strategy

Our first ever Customer Strategy sets out how we will put our customers at the heart of everything we do.

How energy efficient is your home?

We are committed to Making Golding Greener and will be carrying out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys of our properties. We need to know what the EPC rating is for your home so we can upgrade its energy efficiency if necessary. This will help you save money on your energy bills and reduce the environmental impact of your home.
