Golding Homes fund awards over £58,000 to community initiatives in Kent
Forty local organisations, including charities churches, schools and clubs have been granted up to £2,000 to use in a range of projects that have directly helped those in their community.

100th sale provides new home for local nurse
On March 31 Golding completed their 100th new home sale for 2020/21 when Olivia and Michele moved in to their new shared ownership home in Hermitage Park in Maidstone.
Driving ahead with new homes
Over the past twelve months Golding Homes has completed 227 new homes in Kent, meaning 845 people have been able to move into a brand-new home. One of those people is Kathleen Shum who moved into her new home in Ashford last month.
