100th sale provides new home for local nurse

On March 31 Golding completed their 100th new home sale for 2020/21 when Olivia and Michele moved in to their new shared ownership home in Hermitage Park in Maidstone. 

Driving ahead with new homes

Over the past twelve months Golding Homes has completed 227 new homes in Kent, meaning 845 people have been able to move into a brand-new home. One of those people is Kathleen Shum who moved into her new home in Ashford last month.

How to update your UC account with rent changes

Rent and service charge letters are being sent to Golding customers in March. If you receive Universal Credit please ensure you complete your TO DO list as part of your journal on your Universal Credit account.
