A local church in Maidstone is asking for donations towards their Christmas hamper project this November, to bring a little festive cheer to struggling families over Christmas.

Many people are struggling to make ends meet at the moment, so Maidstone Borough Council have two possible grants available that could help you through this challenging period of time.

Over the October half term, we have teamed up with Fusion Maidstone and the Life Café in Park Wood to offer a free lunch pack to anyone struggling to feed their family over half-term. We helped 41 families with the Holiday Hunger Bites project. 88 children from those families were supported with a mix of supermarket vouchers and Fusion lunch packs.
