Golding Homes has been awarded a Gold SKA Rating by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), for the fit-out of our new head office.

We are delighted to have successfully taken handover of our first homes in Sussex. 

Every year we make a significant investment in improving and repairing customers' homes. As part of our investment programme we carried out £3.6m of major improvement works to two apartment blocks in Maidstone, Midhurst Court, and Sunningdale Court. 

Golding Homes Housing Association has successfully exchanged contracts with Keepmoat Homes to provide the organisation’s first modular construction homes, later this year.

Golding Homes have recently entered into contract to deliver new affordable rent homes in Erith; the organisation's first homes within the London Boroughs.
