Tenants Conference 2016
We will be holding our 2016 Tenant’s Conference Event on Saturday 25 June at our head office, Whatman House, St Leonards Road, Allington. The day will start around 9.30 – 10am and will finish at 2.30pm approx. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

We are a proud sponsor of the KM Charity Team's reading initiatives; Buster's Book Club and Reading Bug, and are delighted to announce that the county has reached over 2 million reading minutes during this academic year.

Could you be a Growing Buddy and encourage your neighbours to have a go at growing food?
We have joined forces with national charity Garden Organic to launch a network of “Growing Buddies” to encourage Golding residents to get growing and gardening on their estates in Maidstone.

Residents Resource Centre & Shepway Office
Over the last year we have reviewed our customer service and the ways we communicate with our residents, seeking to offer a range of options suitable for everyone. As part of this review we have found that running a separate premise is no longer cost effective and so will be closing the Shepway Office from 29 April.
