Peace of Mind with Golding Lifeline
Golding Lifeline is an alarm system which enables someone to call for help without having to reach for the telephone, via a pendant that can be worn around the neck or wrist. It is simple to use and install; all that is needed is a landline and a plug socket, no more than six feet away from the telephone.
Once activated the Lifeline unit sends an emergency alert to the call centre and then the operator will be able to summon help from a keyholder or the emergency services. Keyholders could be friends or family that can be contacted in an emergency.
The Golding Lifeline is especially helpful for people recovering from a hospital stay or for anyone with a long-term condition who may need help quickly. It enables people to stay independent, safe in the knowledge that they can call for help easily.
We maintain the alarm system equipment and will aim to respond within 24 hours if there is a reported fault. If you no longer require your Lifeline we will also remove it at no cost to you.
The Lifeline service can be used by anyone, you do not need to be a resident of Golding Homes. There is also no minimum contract, so we can accommodate short term and long-term needs.
If you would like to know more or to request a free demonstration visit our Lifeline page or contact us.
In order to keep the alarm system charged the red button must be pressed once a month.
