Your rent statement for the coming quarter will be emailed today (Monday 13 January 2025), please check in your spam/junk folder if you can’t see it in your inbox. You’ll also receive a text to let you know it’s been emailed to you.
When you receive the email, follow our Rent statement guide to open your statement.
Click the secure link to take you to View My Doc and then enter your 5-digit tenancy reference to access your statement. If you opted out of online statements, you’ll receive your printed statement soon.
